Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026
This is the personal wedding website of Harvey and Nikka. It exists so our invited guests can RSVP and share photos and videos from our wedding day. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
RSVP details you give us — your name, email address, and whether you can attend.
Photos and videos you choose to share through the “Moments” page, along with the name you select from our guest list so we know who to thank. Sharing is entirely optional.
How we use it
Only to plan and remember our wedding — managing replies and gathering a shared album of the day. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising, and we share it only as described below.
Where your photos and videos are stored
Media you upload is stored in our own private Google Drive. The website uses Google’s Drive API, with our authorization, solely to save these files and show them back in the wedding gallery. The app can only access the files it creates for this album — not the rest of our Drive.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who can see shared media
Photos and videos appear in the website’s gallery, visible to people who have the link. You can ask us to remove anything you shared at any time, and we can take down any item ourselves.
Service providers
The site runs on Vercel (hosting), Supabase (RSVP and gallery database), and Google Drive (photo and video storage). These providers process data only to run the site.
Keeping and removing information
We keep this information for as long as we keep our wedding album. To have your details or uploads removed, just email us at hvresurreccion@gmail.com.
